What happens if a gift is out of stock?
The Happy Boxes shown on the website are in stock. If, for some reason, we are unable to supply a particular product(s), then we will replace the item(s) with a gift of equal or greater value.

We promise always to contact you first to check that this is acceptable. You are sending a Happy Box to make someone happy, so we need to be sure you feel that any substitute gifts are properly thoughtful and appropriate.

Can I add or remove items from my Happy Box?
The contents of each Happy Box in the Collection can’t be changed. However, you can create your own Happy Box by using our Couture service. Details of this service are outlined below.


What is Happy Box Couture?
Happy Box Couture is a service offering you the opportunity to create a completely unique Happy Box.

To begin creating your bespoke Happy Box, simply call us on 020 7381 0803 or create your own.

How does the Happy Box London corporate gift service work?
1. Call 020 7381 0803 or with your contact details and we will call you back as soon as we can.

2. You can then discuss occasion, recipient, budget and desired time of delivery with a Happy Box London gift consultant.

3. Your consultant will work with you to develop thoughtful and imaginative gift ideas for your particular occasion.

4. Your individualised Happy Box gifts will then be sourced, wrapped and despatched for delivery on the day of your choosing.

Do remember to plan well ahead as it can take a little time to put together the perfect Happy Box Bespoke gifts.


Can I enclose a message with my Happy Box?
A personalised message can be sent with your gift. Messages of up to 200 characters (approximately 30 words) will appear on an elegant card inside each Happy Box. We think it can sometimes feel a little intrusive to receive a personal message written in anonymous handwriting, so we make sure that your message is beautifully printed onto the card.

A short message explaining the idea behind your chosen gifts will also appear on this message card.


How will my Happy Box be wrapped?
Gift-wrapping is free of charge and included in the price of every Happy Box.

Luxuriously boxed and bowed, every Happy Box is hand-wrapped with great care. Gifts are arranged on black, fine-cut, shredded paper and wrapped in black grosgrain ibbon produced by a 150 year old French company who also make ribbon for Chanel, Calvin Klein, Bollinger, De Beers and Claridges.


What are the expiry dates on gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are valid to commence 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. (We don’t think this should cause you any problems - the recipient of your chosen Happy Box will be delighted by their beautiful and thoughtful treat!)

It is worth noting that some vouchers may be redeemable in London only. If this is the case, we will make it clear on the website alongside the description of the gift.


Will the recipient receive any documents indicating the price of their gift?
No. The recipient of a Happy Box receives only a stunningly wrapped box of beautiful, thoughtful and appropriate gifts carrying your personal message.

Are the prices of Happy Boxes shown on the website inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the present rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.

A standard next-day delivery charge of £4.95 (again including VAT) is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses at the checkout.
