How do I order a Happy Box?
1. Online
The easiest and quickest way to order your Happy Box is from our online shop at www.happyboxlondon.com

The website contains details of the full Happy Box Collection currently available and can process orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order will need to be placed by 3:00pm Monday-Friday in order to ensure next day delivery. You can find more information about delivery schedules and costs below.

2. Phone
If you would prefer to order by telephone, simply call us on 020 7381 0803 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Outside of these hours, you will always be able to leave a message. We promise to call back as soon as possible to enable you to place your order.

How do I know you have received my online order?
We will send an email to the address provided when you place your order.

This message confirms the details of your order and gives you a reference number to use in the event that you need to contact us. Please check that all the emailed details accurately reflect your order and contact us if you have any concerns.

Your Happy Box will then set off on its journey to making someone happy.

Can I order from outside the UK?
We welcome orders placed from abroad. (Salut, hola, howdy by the way.)

Please note that payments will be processed in British Sterling (£) at the exchange rate prevailing.
