Do you have minimum order quantities?
There is no MOQ for the number of Happy Box London gift boxes you can buy on behalf of your company. However, there may be minimums on some of the customisations available, such as customer printing on the box or specific custom printed products.

Can we have our logo printed on the gift box?
Yes. Depending on the quantity of boxes you choose to order, we have varying styles of boxes and materials for you to choose from to include and complement your own branding.
This is a tailored service and requires sufficient lead time.
Can we include our own branded products in the gift box?
Generally, yes. Simply arrange to send your items to us with your Account Manager and we will hand-pack these items for you.
Note: If any orders containing items provided by yourselves or a third party are lost and/or damaged we cannot be held responsible.
Can you ship globally?
Yes. Please speak with your Account Manager and share details of the delivery location(s).
Individual country customs laws are out of our control and may delay delivery. However, our expert team will inform you of global shipping restrictions when requested.
