Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
If you wish to cancel your Happy Box order for any reason, just call us on 020 7381 0803 or notify us by email at email@example.com before 3:00pm on the day of ordering. Please quote your order reference number together with your name and contact details.
If your Happy Box has already been despatched you may still cancel an unwanted order as long as you give us notice of cancellation in writing (letter, fax or email) within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately this does not apply to products which have been personalised or perishable goods such as flowers and food.
For cancelled orders we’ll issue a full refund including our delivery charge. We will make this refund within 30 days of your notice of cancellation and we will only make it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

It is important that you have taken reasonable care of the unwanted Happy Box and its contents and then return it in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage of your unwanted Happy Box so we recommend using registered post to be sure it gets back to us.
Return and Refund of Incorrect or Faulty Products
We very much hope you will never have cause to read this section of our Terms & Conditions. In the unfortunate event that the contents of your Happy Box are in any way faulty, incorrect or damaged please returns it to us within 7 days of receipt.
We will naturally then refund the cost of your return postage as well as the price of the Happy Box and our delivery charge. We recommend using registered post to be sure it gets back to us. The return address is:

Due to the hot weather conditions we are sometimes faced with, we are unable to insure the condition of all our perishable items.
From time to time, items can go out of stock or be discontinued by our suppliers.
In cases where an out of stock/discontinued item features in one of our Collection boxes, we will endeavor to substitute it with a similar item to the same value. We will highlight this in the box description but the main box image may temporarily differ from the contents described.
Where you have opted to Create Your Own box, we will do our best to get in touch with you to discuss any substitute products. However, if we are unable to reach you before the latest dispatch time, we will make an appropriate substitution with a similar item to the same value to avoid late delivery of the gift.
Payment and Taxes
All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the present rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
All payments must be made in British Sterling (£). We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron. Customer payments by credit card from outside the UK will be invoiced in British Sterling (£) at the rates prevailing at the time the order is placed.
Postage and packing are charged in addition to the price of any goods and are clearly stated before the point of purchase.
Whilst Happy Box London Ltd are happy to deliver internationally, customers are liable for any local taxes or import duties incurred as a result of delivering to international destinations.
We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your orders.
Online payment is provided in a secure environment and our online store is maintained on a secure server. All credit and debit transactions are processed by HSBC, so you can have full confidence that our online ordering service is secure.
As we cannot guarantee the security of data you send us by email, it is advisable not to send payment information by this method.
